the tale:
and we're back ... to black clothing. i did want to wear a necklace that i have, made of a variety of sterling silver chains and charms and pink quartz rocks -- to honour pink day, the day in support of the "movement" against bullying -- but the necklace broke just before i was ready to leave the house. if there is anything that convinces me that i was not meant to wear jewellery, it is the tendency of all my favourite pieces of jewellery to self destruct after a few wearings.
